Equine Unity's Horses!
Dolly
Dolly, a 15.2 traditional cob is used as a lead horse for the youngsters at Equine Unity, but in her spare time she's doing a bit of showing!! Here are some pictures of her very first show, where she behaved like a star! She came 4th in the Inhand Coloured Class and 2nd in the Under 12yrs Prettiest Mane and Tail! AT her second show, Dolly came first in In-hand cob, 2nd in in-hand coloured and was reserve champion overall!!!
Harley
Harley, Dani's coloured cob is also used as a lead horse for the youngsters and remedial horses. In his spare time Harley can turn his hand to anything and competes in dressage, eventing, showjumping, showing and is currently being schooled western!
Bella
Bella is Mike's new horse that Dani bought him for an engagement present! An ex-racehorse with lovely manners and temperament, after some work Mike hopes to take her showjumping!
TicTac
Dani bought Tic Tac 4years ago after he came to Practical Horsemanship for some remedial training. He had some of the worst mounting, bucking and bolting issues we had seen in a pony and had been heavily beaten in the past, meaning he was very scared of human contact. After a lot of work, Tic Tac can be ridden sucessfully and mostly enjoys hacking and being a companion to Harley and horses we have in training!
