BSc (Hons) Equine Sports Science (Equestrian Psychology)
Practising Professional of Practical Horsemanship
Higher National Diploma in Equine Management

After completing an honours degree in Equine Psychology and working with Grant Bazin and Dan Wilson for a number of years, Dani is now working as the first Practical Horsemanship Practising Professional. Dani & Mike got married in August 2011!

Dani has been interested in horses from a very young age and after learning in a Riding School she loaned her first pony, Dizzy, from when she was 10 years old. At the age of 9, after watching the BBC documentary on Monty Roberts, her mum, Doreen, took her to a demonstration where she bought his first book ‘The Man Who Listens To Horses’. After completing an AS Level in Human Psychology with an A grade, Dani looked into studying equine psychology. She applied for a Higher National Diploma in Horse Management, which she completed achieving top student and a distinction, and alongside studied Stage 1 and Intermediate courses through Intelligent Horsemanship. She has also studied The Equine Touch to Advanced Level 2. Through these courses, and regularly helping at Monty’s demonstrations, she met Dan and Grant from Practical Horsemanship. While completing her degree in Equine Sports Science (Equestrian Psychology) Dani worked for Grant part time, and since finishing has worked for him full time, also spending some time learning from Dan. Dani has now set up with Mike as the first Practical Horsemanship Practising Professionals while continuing to help at Practical Horsemanship demonstrations and courses.
